Kayode Fadina – Programme Manager: Personalised Care

Kayode works with the Clinical Leads in both Secondary and Primary Care to deliver coordinated and high-quality Personalised Care to support those living with and beyond cancer, while monitoring and evaluating effectiveness against agreed targets. He also focuses on tangible actions for local health and care systems to facilitate continuous system-wide improvement of personalised care to tackle inequalities in cancer care.

Before joining TVCA in May 2022 as Project Manager Cancer Allies Programme (which focused on health inequalities), he worked in various NHS acute settings, mainly in research project management, service evaluation and clinical audits, and data quality administration.
