Additional support and advice
Macmillan Cancer Support produces a range of information in languages other than English, and offers an interpreter service for its Macmillan Support Line.

Easy Read
- Bowel Screening: easy guide is a leaflet about bowel cancer screening, developed by and for people with learning disabilities available on the government website
- Prostate Cancer UK has an Easy Read booklet `My Prostate: what changes should I look out for?’ It uses pictures and easy words to explain how to spot a prostate problem
- Macmillan Cancer Support has a number of Easy Read leaflets including: Talking about cancer and your feelings : work and cancer : what is cancer? : Help with the cost of cancer
- Ansar Projects have created a series of accessible resources to support people with a learning disability to know their body. The resources include accessible breast and testicular cancer information packs, self-checking cards, and information on what to expect if you notice a change.
