Thames Valley Cancer Alliance works with NHS organisations, primary care, local authorities, voluntary and community organisations, and people affected by cancer to improve cancer services across our region.

To support the development of a sustainable and skilled cancer workforce, the ACCEND Programme (Aspirant Cancer Career and Education Development programme) plays a key role across England.
ACCEND provides a structured framework to grow, develop and retain the cancer workforce by creating clear career pathways, standardising education and training, and enabling new and extended roles across multidisciplinary teams.
