Cancer Pathway Improvement Manager – Breast cancer

Paul joined the team in January 2025, having previously worked at BOB ICB as a Senior Manager within the Vaccination Team, where his focus was on access and inequalities programmes.

He has held a variety of roles across the NHS, including at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where he worked in quality assurance. Paul also brings experience from the private sector, having worked as a Health and Wellbeing Manager supporting independent schools across the UK and Ireland.

In his current role as Cancer Pathway Improvement Manager at Thames Valley Cancer Alliance, Paul focuses on improving breast cancer pathways across the region. He works closely with NHS trusts, clinical teams, and system partners to identify variation, support service improvement, and drive faster diagnosis initiatives.
