Vicki Ferguson – Clinical Pathway Manager 

Vicki Ferguson is a registered Therapeutic Radiographer (BSc (Hons)) with an MSc in Healthcare Management and over 30 years’ experience across radiotherapy and cancer services. As Cancer Programme Lead for BOB ICB, she has worked closely with ICBs, Cancer Alliances and national teams to deliver strategic improvements in cancer pathways and personalised care. Her expertise spans service transformation, waiting time performance, pathway redesign and digital enablement, with a strong commitment to equitable, personalised cancer care and improved patient outcomes.

Vicki joined TVCA from SCW CSU, where she led service evaluations across cancer and long-term conditions, and remains passionate about delivering the best possible patient experience..
