Victoria Saungweme – Head of Service Improvement

Victoria joined the Team in July 2020.  She brings over 10 years’ experience working within Cancer Services, with seven years in senior operational positions. This includes a role as a General Manager, overseeing cancer including Oncology and Palliative, Diagnostics, Endoscopy and Decontamination within the London Region

Victoria’s role is to work across the NHSE/I Regional Team and the Cancer Alliance:

• to drive the reduction in variation of care delivery
• support providers in performance improvement
• aid service improvements to cancer pathways across the TVCA footprint
